Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is wrong or different from what was ordered

📌 Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.

Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Personal care & skincare products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Innerwear or intimate clothing items
  • Products marked as non-returnable on the product page

Return Request Process

To initiate a return, please contact us with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear images or video of the issue

Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

Return Approval

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared
  • In some cases, return pickup may not be available
  • Customers may be asked to self-ship the product

📦 Return shipping costs (if any) will be informed in advance.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to:
    • Original payment method (prepaid orders)
    • Bank account / UPI (COD orders)

Replacement Policy

  • Replacement is offered for eligible products
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be issued instead

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders require confirmation before dispatch
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to future COD restrictions

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  2. Contact your bank
  3. If the issue persists, contact us
